Shipping Cost:
We offer free shipping to all the regions listed above.

 

Note:
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 2 business days.

For orders where you are unsure of your size, we will send you the sizing kits within 2 business days. Upon receiving the sizing kits and confirming your size, please proceed to submit your size and preferred color on the order page. Once confirmed, we will promptly ship the smart ring to you within 2 business days.

Delivery Address Update

 

Please Note: If you need to change your JCRing delivery address, do so before updating your ring size.

 

For US Customers:

  • Address changes are allowed within the same state.Be aware that some states allow local governments to impose additional sales taxes.
  • If your new address is in a city with a different tax rate than your original address, we may not be able to change the address on your order.

 

For International Customers:

  • Changing addresses between countries is not possible.
  • To ship to a different country, please contact us to cancel your original order and place a new one. Reach us atinfo@jointcorp.com for assistance.

 

For Orders Already Shipped:

 

  • Contact the courier directly.Check the order confirmation email you received after purchase to find the courier and tracking number.
  • Your carrier and tracking number are listed below your order number in the email. Clicking on the tracking number will take you to the carrier’s website.
  • We also provide direct links to each of our carrier websites below.


Shipping Origins for JCRing Orders
Orders destined for the US are shipped either from within the US or from Hong Kong. For all other destinations, orders are shipped exclusively from Hong Kong.

We maintain the right to designate the shipping origin and may adjust locations as required.

 

Dealing with Undelivered Packages:

 

  1. Packages may have been delivered to your front door or signed for by neighbors. It's advisable to check with your neighbors initially first.

 

  1. Alternatively, use your tracking number to contact the courier company for assistance.
  2. If feasible, provide any relevant photos or documents that might help resolve the issue promptly.
